Today marks the latest release of the DJEP software. The biggest new feature is Evaluation Forms for your clients. There are also 16 new features, including document sharing, customized autoresponders, auto-filled timelines, and event profitability reports. The internationalization of DJEP continues, with adjustments made for foreign currency amounts, dates, and times. Camp Mobile Beat The DJ Event Planner staff was on hand for the 2007 Summer Mobile Beat DJ Convention in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. The convention was held June 26th-28th at the lake-side Sturbridge Host Hotel. Several customers stopped by and said hello. We gave away a free USB drive to everyone who was kind enough to stop by our booth and register for the free 30-day trial. Thanks to Ryan, Cubby, Mike B, Jim, and everyone else that worked so hard to put on another successful show. New Spam Approach: PDF Files Over the past week, the DJEP mailbox has received an increasing number of email messages with PDF attachments. It appears that spammers are employing this new trick to reach their intended victims. Be on the lookout for messages like this. Although it is unlikely that the PDF files themselves contain exploits, it is a slim possibility. |
